What You Get With a Residential Valuation?

Young’s Home Surveys is a RICS registered valuer and can provide impartial valuations of residential properties. We use specific valuation techniques to reach highly accurate valuations and create reports to justify our conclusion.

This type of valuation will help you decide whether or not you are paying a fair price for a property.

A valuation of residential property usually involves a short visit to the property, along with considerable desk research. Evidence from both the visit and the research are combined to determine the market value of the property.

It is important to remember that valuations are not building surveys. In order to understand the true condition of a property before a purchase is made, it is recommended that a building survey is completed. Young’s Home Surveys provide RICS Level 2 and Level 3 Surveys.
